What Do you do when you are nervous?
Why you are nervous or stressed, doesn't matter, just what do you do to get over with it.
It very much matters why you are nervous or stressed. Something temporary is dealt with in a quick and one-time solution. Something that is more permanent must be dealt with in a more concrete way.
Lets hear your experiences.
People have been going on my nerves lately (more live humans then cyber people), so I thought I might get here useful info.
Are they your friends? Family? neighbors? Boss? Customers? Are they Russian soldiers threatening to kill you?
i suppose some people take pills, do some sport, smash in some peoples windows, watch movies, eat 5 bars of chocolate, etc.
Sounds like these aren't good for you. Why is that?
