I dont recall giving any kind of vaccination certificates in for anyone (even the vaccinated adults), so I'm not sure if things changed.
the shul lets you bring in backpacks and we had no stroller, so not sure about that.

Has anyone travelled to- or connected through- amsterdam recently. We are flying to Spain with a transfer in amsterdam and I am reading about how the airport is a horror with delays and cancellations. Has anyone recently flown through amsterdam? Did you experience any problems?

The horror is something recent, so experiences won't help you.
My understanding is that getting into the boarding area is the issue.

We have a 10 hour stopover august 15. Has anyone done a one day stopover in the past few weeks that can share 1. how the airport was both clearing passport control and security on the way in?
2. What vaccinations are required according to the Netherlands website seems like you need to either be vaccinated within 270 days or boosted ? Have they been actually checking ?
3. open restaurants that are closest to the downtown area specifically the Ann Frank house .

I was there 2 days ago: CY milk, yogurt and yellow cheese, PY bread (white and brown) and many other regular products from the hotel according to a list on the coffee machine

Take the 9 hour you would rather wait an hour in the airport then rush through the city IMHO.

I forgot to book tickets for Van Gogh.
Sold out for next few days and not finding anything online.
Hotel concierge not helpful

Any tip? Worth check with amex plat concierge?

The good news is that the Jewish deli is open again.

You should try their popular gun with salted pastrami.
