Citi in NY pulls from either Equifax or Experian or both. YMMV even by the same person.

If you live in NJ or NY, you should freeze your Experian. They will only pull Equifax then. Otherwise, YMMV.

FOR MORE INFO, READ FT'S WIKI - IT IS PHENOMENAL, FT WIKI

Quote from the above mentioned FT WIKI:
For the most part, freezing Experian, or another bureau, will not cause Citi to pull a different bureau. They will almost certainly require you to unfreeze the bureau they wish to pull or deny your application. Some people have been successful providing the PIN but others have not. Mostly, freezing a credit bureau in an attempt to force Citi to pull a different one seems to waste time, money, and effort for little result. But YMMV.

DDF data points (As of 10/2015)
NY- pulls both EQ/EX, can still get instant approval with EX frozen
CA, OH, PA, TX- ONLY EX. Citi will refuse to pull other bureau

Benefits:..
New no forex fees starting Nov.'15

From FT Wiki:"Important exception: If you receive a Platinum World MC which is later converted to a World Elite MC (as indicated on the back of the card), the opening of that card will no longer count for purposes of the 18-month rule. This is true not only for conversions in early 2015, but also for those in more recent months.
Note: It makes no difference when (or whether) you activate the World Elite card. If you have the WE card in hand, then the conversion on Citi's books is already complete. There is nothing magical about activating it.
There are a few reports that some Gold World MC are being converted to Gold World Elite MC and that will no longer count for purposes of the 18-month rule."
UPDATE: As of 02/18/2016 (for applications after 02/09/2016), the W>WE loophole may be dead.

Depends if they like you or not. Either first statement. And if not then supposedly the second.

Is there anything that can be done to get back into the Cit AA game if I have done refundables in the past? My account has not yet been closed but I don't want to risk it.

How about spending without refundables?

Does it post at end of next cycle? Does that give me another month breathing space?

My statements already closed and the card is closed. I don't want to open a new card and lose all my points because I spent on refundables on my first cards.

I have 2 citi aa cards got 110k for first card still waiting for second 110k. Citi told me if I give them a  mileage number them it will be faster. Is it risky to give the same one I just earned the 110k on ?

Rude? What does that even mean..??
That means I'm calling you out for trying to sound like someone who knows what they're talking about (there are ruder ways to describe such a person), but worded your post so confusingly that it made no sense. Let's discuss:

I charged almost a million bucks in the last 4 years and not one dime via CVS/AP etc...
Ok that part makes sense. You have some way of spending lots of money without the classic MS methods.
(I should add that less than 10% of the above amount were paid back from my account...)
Huh? Less than 10% means less than $100,000 of the above-quoted money was "paid back from your account". What does that mean? Paid back your cc bill? What account?
You probably have a lot of friends & family who'll pay a percent or two just for business cash flow (yes, just so they know they're 'stocked'... NOT IF THEY NEED IT) you just don't know about it.
Totally don't get this part. They would pay 1-2% fees (I assume) for "business cash flow"? So they know they're stocked?
First 40 seconds.

Some people lay out money with their own cc (to help others who don't have a large credit limit) and people pay them back.
Maybe that's what he's talking about?

Great video clip, by the way... Wonder if there are Jewish institutions out there that work like that.. Pros and cons to that method but not very smart overall, IMO.

Aha, so like charging fellow Jews interest. This should be in JS ;)

Institutions that have to explain what a surplus is to the manager, or ones that try to use up the surplus so that they get the same budget the following year? ;) For the latter, I'd bet it's in many organizations, not at all limited to Jewish ones.
