We don't actually point the Lulav at the various directions, the Lulav is pointing straight up all the time.

I trained a new maintenance guy in order for him to be on call after hours and on weekends, he decided now that he just wants to work during work hours, it got sticky because he lives on the property

Fired him and settled for $200
What a pain
