It is quite good, but they are still figuring out service. go off peak or wait a few weeks.

was there yesterday and i would reccommend waiting a little before trying them out-they need some time to get their act together
service was really slow
they didn't have some items on the menu
the schwarama and lafa were nothing special

Anyone know why Oakland between peninsula and redwood is still closed? There's nothing on the road and it's not even the whole road that's closed just a small part off of peninsula.

Their owner was the original famous pita in Brooklyn so he brought back the name now that he moved to the new store. One could say that using Tanamis as a name was the scam

i went to DOMA last night (got seats outside), and man was i unimpressed. apps were ok (though their take on crispy rice sushi is totally off, its a big mushy ball that was lightly fried on the outside, nothing like the original chef kami creation at Prime Grill ol"h), drinks were decent, but i decided to finally try their vaunted steaks, and was thoroughly disappointed with the basic rib steak (for $68, about the same as the best places in the city). i could do a better job with a basic steak from GG sved and seared, the cook was inconsistent (rare on the front and medium well on the side, asked for medium rare) and there honestly was not enough seasoning/salt. and the steak itself was kind of tough, no way Prime and probably not even Choice level. they said it was aged but didnt get any funk in the flavoring.
Seems like this place will remain a great escape in walking distance for drinks/apps/desserts, but not a place i would take someone for "dinner"

The other day on my 09 Camry my brake light and abs light came on ☹️ and at the same time the speedometer drops to 0 and doesn't move regardless of how fast im diving, the rpm meter goes haywire shooting up and down randomly and the AC goes warm.

I brought it my regular place today and sure enough they have no idea what's up, tried a bunch of things but the problem(s) are still there.

so i personally use danny hes on cornaga and B21. I highly doubt hell fix electrical stuff though he may refer you to someone. theres these guys on burnside near dunkin donuts that do electrical stuff and theyre good-shady looking guys but theyre good ive used them before

He couldn't fix is either. He told me to go to this place because they will actually fix the module which is obviously cheaper then replacing it.

The chances of me shlepping out Jamaica are very slim to none so unless @CountValentine was serious is his offer to find the part at a junkyard I guess I've got WTF mode for life now
