I have a bunch of cards that I want to do the $2 trick on. What is the cheapest (looking for a percentage based, not fee based, obviously) service where I can swipe $2x10 into a friends account? Thinking of using square, but will that trigger a shutdown?

Why not just use PayPal? Is an extra one percent really gonna kill you on $20? If it is methinks you're in the wrong game
