Missed the last bunch of pages, I have two simple questions:
1) How come this company is answering emails and helping out so many people calling it a promotion, and being so efficient when they obviously know that they are being taken advantage of, and might end up with a massive debit memo
2) How come united is still ticketing the tickets, they will have an easier way out with unticketed tickets.
Very possible that the front line employees as SAS have no idea that anything is not as it should be.
And, CMIIW, UA wouldn't even know if the YQ had been collected on the part of SAS?
