How accurate is wheretocredit.com?

Might not be 100% at all times as earning rates can change but in general its fairly good. Just double check with the airline to be 100% sure.

A family flying on A3. Do A3 or any of their partners have family pooling accounts (like BA)?

Where to credit the following:
AA JFK-ZRH N class
AA LHR-JFK N class
AA (operated by BA) ZRH-LON N class
LY (interline, ticket # is AA) ZRH-TLV RT U class

QF seems like they'll only give 4k miles total.

AS  says they will give 100% of AA miles flown on N, is that accurate? If so seems like best option and I'll forget about the LY segments....

TIA

maybe put as ffn on everything besides for the ly segment and put qf ffn on the ly segment

A freind flies a significant amount - mainly from the UK to the USA. All paid economy flights. Until now he accumulated miles (and status) on AA which was perfect, as they were used mainly for UK-US economy redemptions.

However, now that BA flights no longer earn full miles on AA, what should he do?

In the next 18 months he will most likely fly on the following economy round trips:

LHR - JFK X 4

LHR - ORD X 1

LHR - YYZ X 1

JFK - Chile X 1

LHR - Hong Kong - Australia - LHR X 1

He can try and do all of those on OneWorld members, but won't be able to do all of them on a single airline.

Earning BA Avios doesn't seem like the best option, because of their high YQ. He does not fly domesticly in the USA cery much to make that worth it.

What's his best option? Continue earning with AA and make as many of those trips as possible on AA? Posting to a different OW partner?

ETA: what sort of earning rates do LAN give for partners?
