If I have a biz card and about to apply for a mortgage can I spend as much as I want on the card or it will affect motgage like a personal card?

For the chase pros out there:
I just got the ink bold early this summer and want the ink plus- Do you think they would agree to close the bold and open the plus instead?
Also, I plan on trying to get the SW companion pass in 2015... I've been laying low for a while with chase so I can try to get 2x SW cards approved in jan. will applying for this card ruin the my SW plan? I know it's a YMMV situation  but i'm just looking for advice/opinions/anecdotal evidence
TIA!

Just to share, I did 2bm last Monday for ip and ume biz. Got message on screen to call and I did,  and got approved for first ip then ume. Although I had to do some verification for ume - asked for credit limit and last payment on a different chase personal card.
This weekend I got a letter saying I was declined for the ink plus. I called back and they confirmed I was denied for the ip and approved for ume. Needless to say I was quite pissed. I told him that I was approved for both, and was approved first for ip, so it's nuts that I was declined for it.  I also said if I only get one I want the ip which was why I got that approved first before ume. After being on hold for like 15 minutes on and off he approved me for the ip. He didn't mention another pull, so hopefully he used the one from last week.

Most likely he didn't do a second pull (from my own experience)
Glad to hear you ended up getting both cards! When was your last chase card opened before these?

In the same situation (although I don't have an IB now). Want 2x SW soon and an IB and/or IP. I plan to wait for the SW offer to come out and then go for a 3/4bm.

I thought I read that IP is lasting till November? SW should be out by then if it follows the same schedule as last year. Get the cards now, don't do your spending till after New Years.

I have a friend looking to apply for the ink Plus. They make a decent living but their side business doesn't make much at all. Any chance they will get approved?
I've only ever applied for actual main business so I have no clue how their approval goes with such things.

They don't actually check for business revenue. They just want to make sure that you, as the cardholder, have the assets and/or income available to cover balances.

Unless the business is an LLC, the card holder has full liability for all debts.

Yeah, true. I should have specified that was for a sole proprietorship
