sorry if this Q was asked before; If I'm approved for a card with Elite nights before Dec will the Elite nights be credited to my 2022 count? (to renew Plat. Elite)
Yes it will.

What’s a better offer, the public 100K bonus or 75K + $300 Marriott gift card offered at checkout?

In other words, what's more useful on Marriott $300 or 25K points.
Look at the hotels you'd consider and compare the points vs. cash price.

Exactly.
I don’t have a specific redemption in mind. Asking about average market value.

In terms of market value definitely the $300 is more valuable

I received the card today and already completed the spend requirement. How soon does the 100k hit, and can I then immediately downgrade to the no AF card and have the AF refunded?

Can I apply for the marriot bold and both ink cards with one inquiry? If yes can this be done in a branch?

Sounds like too way to much red flag activity. 1) spending the sign up bonus in one day and downgrading the card right away is a recipe to be shut down from chase, but you’ll avoid paying the annual fee so if you want to do that that’s your option. 2) I might be mixing up with upgrading but I don’t know if chase lets you downgrade so fast. Either way it’s very risky and you might end up being shut out of chase for a very long time.

If you could downgrade before a year, I would wait at least 6 months if you spent your sign up bonus in one day.

I just closed my Chase Marriott Boundless in order to reapply and get the sign up bonus. It’s been many years since my last bonus. How long would you recommend that I wait before reapplying?
Thanks!

If you closed it, not downgraded, they keep it pending for a bit just in case you want it reinstated. You can call (again) to have it fully closed.

Thanks--my chase site has it as closed and I moved my credit limit to a different Chase card My credit limit on that card says 0. Is there a wait period before I apply for a 'new' card to get the sign-up bonus?

Is it still there on the website? It should disappear if it's fully closed. When I closed my Freedom Unlimited to reapply for the new bonus, it also showed as closed on the site. But in the back-end it was pending. You need to wait or call.
But once it's fully closed there is no "wait period" from closure.

How long after you get approved for the amex business Bonvoy card, does your status get updated?
The official policy is up to 2 weeks, does anyone have any DPs?
Is there a way to expedite it?

I have an AMEX Marriott Bonvoy card with a $95 annual fee. I don't want to pay the fee anymore so I called to try to downgrade to a no-annual fee card and the rep said that I can only transfer to another bonvoy card and that all bonvoy cards have annual fees. I also don't want to close my account. Any way around this?
