Not exactly what you mean by reclining chair, but I have a great office chair which I got from Staples. It reclines very well and is also very comfortable. It says emerge on it, (may be a staples brand). Not sure what the chair is officially categorized as, may be a gaming chair.   
Anyhow, it's very comfortable and reclines well, and I got it on sale for approximately $150, maybe even less... Worth a look.

If a staples near you has office chair samples. (Many do).
Worth a look. It's very comfortable, and now on sale for just $120.
