I didn't see the current broken image since you already fixed it, but the previous one mentioned above the issue seems to be that the URL for the image is admin.dansdeals.com, which is probably why you can see it but us laymen can't

On the proofreading end:

Should be a comma not a colon after plus.
5:40 pm needs a space before pm. Same for 7:42 pm
Policy above calling the police should be policy about calling the police
"also is" should be "is also"
"at least tried" should be "at least try"
"good to see that" would be better as "good that"
"will the new compensation levels" should be "with the new compensation levels"
levels.United needs a space after the period

Seems pretty clear, that's the whole reason the 4 crew members were rebooked.

Not sure. You just switched around the flight numbers so now I'm confused.

Was 4771 the one undergoing maintenance?
"Why weren’t they offered the ability to fly on flight 4771, with the caveat that it was undergoing maintenance?"
