I agree that it is high line. I just think that if you have a choice to stay there or stay in Manhattan in let's say the park Hyatt why would you want to stay in this hotel?
maybe this is closer to more heimshe food options, or maybe they'll bring some in for a Kosher kitchen?
Also, if you have 2 days in a row of Brooklyn early morning meetings (and/or Shacharis) then this location may be more convenient...
