Anyone else is stuck with the coins marked shipped, but still not handed over to the USPS?

I Have coins that are marked shipped via USPS since 8/10, But the tracking status is still "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item".

Just changed from 'USPS Awaiting Item' to 'Your item arrived at our .... NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER', with no other tracking history in-between.
It's interesting because it usually ships from TN.

I noticed that, too, a few weeks ago when my golds shipped. Just a guess, but they might be handling these in a special/more secure way, since they’re a literal gold mine for thieves.

USPS is not good about updating shipping details. They often skip steps. (probably not getting scanned as often as your fedex package).

I spoke to them today and they said that my set is marked ready to ship once they have more inventory. And that I could be assured that I will get it.
I guess DROPR either way.

Shipped today.
(some background: It was marked as backorder when purchased on 7/29, and was marked as backorder until 8/11 when I got the "Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfill it at this time. Please call our Customer Service Center at your earliest convenience" email. I called and they said its a payment issue so they reprocessed the charge and said its now cleared for shipping, it stayed in processing until today when it changed to shipped)
