pretty sure the red light cameras are a separate program. Speeding cameras are the ones that shut off.

Red light cameras are 24/7
Speed cameras are on 6am-10pm Monday-Friday and off on legal holidays and when public schools are otherwise closed.

Observed the flash a few times. May have once gotten a ticket but I'm not positive on that.

Not sure exactly what the protocol is, pretty sure most are "used". I learned this by parking in the school zone a bunch of years back during the summer and ended up with a ticket

Check again, it isn't ordered by date, last one is 3/29/22 ~  5 weeks ago

Seems to be grouped by violation (but not sorted ascending or descending, maybe the sorting is by another column that isn’t visible) with a secondary sort by date in descending order.

Perhaps, but I can change it to sort by date, etc.

On a side note, I think having one if those tinted plate covers is stupid. You get the worse of both worlds.
You get tickets for covered/improperly displayed plates & you also still get speed/red light tickets.
