Nah. These days they overlap, so it's not really after.

I think most participants will take issue with you calling it L's minyan. And I don't know of anyone that calls it Chaim Tashkenter's minyan. None of his kids daven there (though grandchildren and great grandchildren occasionally do).

Holtzberg doesn't daven there either but that makes no difference to anyone.

Maybe they did, still no-one that I know calls that minyan Chaim Tashkenter's minyan. And it's probably Holtzberg that got them to pay for it.

In a regular shul (don't kill me) davening is over somewhere between 10.45-11.30
But I think in 770 it is likely different.
