Basically overdoing their loyalty to their Rebbe (spiritual leader) by putting his sayings into the essential daily things as apposed to that God wants us to do it. Most of the stuff is not too bad just their opinion on how to educate the children AFAICS their is nothing heretical involved just overdoing it
