If you want to get technical
When you use Delta's flight status tracker is only shows cancelled through the 17th while the change policy shows through the 31st
Not sure if they are trying to prevent travelers between the 18-31 from asking for a refund

Additionally they seem to not be selling the route even for months to come
Is this a delta.com thing is it zeroed/removed for gds partners too?

No idea, wishing you luck. Have a plan for what you’ll do from VRN onward, as it isn’t a major airport and doesn’t have onward connections to the USA.
