suits your needs. Your account does have the option to
convert into a Chase Sapphire Preferred Visa Signature
card. The details of the product are mentioned below.
Annual Fee for this product is $95 and is first year free.
1 point for every $1 spent on all purchases and earn an
additional 1 point for every $1 spent on travel and dining
ý when you use your card at restaurants. 1 additional
point for every $1 spent when you book airfare and hotel
accommodations online through Ultimate Rewards with your
Chase Sapphire Preferred card. Learn more about your card
benefits at

amount of points earned. Bonus/Promotional offers may have
a maximum accumulation. No expiration on points. Yearly
points dividend of 7% will be credited based on total
points earned in a calendar year. Cardmember will not be
charged foreign transaction fees.
A new account number will be provided as a result of this
change. Be sure to notify any merchant where you have
automatic bill payment set up. The benefits and terms of
your account are also subject to change. Also, the Annual
Percentage Rate (APR) will not change.

-You will lose all active features on account once this
request is processed.
- If a change is processed, your rewards program will stay
the same, you'll continue to earn rewards, and keep the
rewards you already have.
-You will receive a letter with details regarding your

Signature card, from a MasterCard Worldcard the benefits
will be different.
-New Cardmember Agreement will be sent with new card.
Terms and conditions (i.e. APR and fees) on the new
account may differ from those on old account. Any
promotional balance attached to the old account may
transfer to your new account based on terms of the
original promotion.
-If you have previously been excluded from receiving
solicitations, you will continue to be excluded going
forward.
-This reward product also offers a bonus earn shopping
site. There will be no changes to any rewards earned by
your previous shopping site purchases.
-Please note that your expiration date and the signature
Panel code will change. If you have automatic charges
billed to this account, you will want to inform those
merchants of the new expiration date once you receive your

Does this mean they are approving the app or just converting the SPMC to a Visa which means no sign up offer?
