No. Get the personal approved before you move on to the biz.
Amex doesn't really have reconsideration. Often the app goes pending just because you have to call to verify. Personally, I wouldn't apply for biz until personal is approved.

Do have a little business but I guess personal better anyway (smaller min spend req)... Want to apply personal now but not sure what cutoff time is for pull on same day? Does it go by Amex (Mountain Time) or Experian (not sure what time zone)?
A legitimate business with the filings and paperwork to prove it, or selling on Amazon on the side? Don't worry so much about the pulls, you can call Experian to combine.

I'd do both SPG (personal first, call in approval if necessary, then biz), and forget about EDP, which isn't going anywhere, for now.
If someone is getting an SPG with plans to actually stay at Starwood properties, the SPG Biz is much more valuable.
