Having a hard time narrowing down a destination for July (full month). Was originally hoping to travel internationally. Europe and Southern Africa are out of our budget for a month, Northern Africa and Middle East/ Central Asia are too hot, and in the Far East/SE Asia it's monsoon season.

At the moment we're thinking of switching our plan to a Northern US road trip, but that would mean not booking anything other than Shabbosim in advance (to maintain flexibility), and I'm nervous about hotels selling out since it's peak season across the country.

Any ideas for an international destination that has decent weather in July (other than mentioned above), or how to maintain flexibility but ensure hotel availability in the US?
If you arent picky about which hotel i would not worry about them being sold out.
You can also do a road trip many other places in the US, the virginias & tennesse, Michigan & Indiana.

Technically.

Anyhow, there isn't much to do there for a month.

Planned a trip in July with kids ages 4-14 to Israel for 3.5 weeks, but with the situation and lots of stuffed closed and Golan not a option at the moment, I'm thinking of shortening the Israel trip to 10 days and stop over somewhere in Europe for 7-10 days.
Any good idea somewhere with culture and nature mix, with kosher food available
Was thinking of Venice, Florence area of Italy (we did already Rome) But besides Venice I don't see anywhere reliable kosher eateries.

Don't think Venice is a 7-10 days max 3 I think

Looking to go away for approximately 8 days at the end of August with DW and 3 kids.
Children ages are 6, 3 and a half and a 1 year old.
Would like a destination suitable for children and not too pricey, if that is even possible :)
We reside in the tri state area, US or even Europe can work for us, any leads are appreciated.

My Israeli SIL and daughter are looking for a short vacation at the beginning of July. They were thinking of going to Budapest, but the flights aren't cheap. When I asked if they had considered other places in Europe, my SIL said he was concerned about antisemitism in the current situation. They'd rather not bring all their food with them, so availability of kosher food would be a big plus.

Dont know about antisemitism, but venice or milan have kosher food and markets (milan moreso). Paris but probably high antisemitism now, london, prague, vienna (I was in vienna during war, nothing felt tense)

I would imagine tickets to anywhere right now arent the cheapest coming out of TLV

If you're willing to wear a baseball cap, I wouldn't worry about antisemitism.

Lol, when I'm in Arab countries in a baseball cap, our cousins assume I'm Arab every time.

I was in vienna in athletic wear and a beenie and the door man at the park hyatt asked my kid “medaber ivrit” and huslers on the street calling me “chavivi”

So its not entirely true, though definitely less attention

I didn't say nobody will recognize that you're a Jew.

was in London, and our host insisted we not walk around without a baseball cap. On 2 separate occasions got stopped in the subway, or as they would call it the "tube". The first person asked me if we have where to be for shabbos, the second wanted help with that days daf.
Almost anytime I was by a baseball game, I was stopped and asked to be part of a minyan.
Has a general rule I think the point of a "baseball cap" is just so you don't stick out and not to disguise yourself as a Jew from anyone who's really looking at you

Those are jewish, every yid can call out the look, I just found it surprising that random goyim on the street, and pretty low class ones, were able to call it out, and it was just a beenie, not a baseball cap that most people wear
