Limited time offer till 3/31/15 (50K, annual fee waived for 1st year): http://www.dansdeals.com/go/BA4

YMMV (since Aug. '14, no one on this thread has reported successfully getting a better offer than the regular 50k (AF waived) offer linked above):
SM Chase before and/or after getting the card and they will often waive the $95 yearly fee for the first year.
SM Chase before and/or after getting the card and they will match to the offer to get 50,000 bonus Avios for spending $2,000, another 25,000 bonus Avios after you make $10,000 in purchases within the first year of account opening., and another 25,000 bonus Avios after you make an additional $10,000 in purchases also within the first year of account opening.
Total bonus Avios for $20K spend=100,000
Total Avios for base spending at 1.25 Avios per dollar spent=25K.
Total Avios=125K.

How do I do this??
iirc the previous offer was for 1k spend but with an annual fee. I asked to be matched to the no annual fee,  they waive the fee but didn't change the spend requirements

They waived the fee for my wife (me too), statement closed after spending 1k (ages ago). 50k didn't post. Didn't churn the card.

So, i'm looking to churn the Chase BA card, but wanted to confirm that i'm doing it properly.

I know that there is an 18-24 wait period, but does this period start from when i closed the last card? or from the last time i applied for it? To give more details, i last opened the card in May 2011 and closed it May 2012.

Am i clear for a churn? or should i wait a bit longer? also, i'm assuming its ok if i just include my current BA # in the application?

oh ok, thank you. so i guess just leave the FFN blank.
curious though, it matters even if last app was 2.5+ years ago, and that bA card no longer shows on my online acct?

Just wanted to report, I had applied for the BA cc via the 100k offer w/o the annual fee being waived, and after two HUCAs and asking nicely, they credited me for the annual fee. Just posted on my statement.

The problem I have is I'm constantly looking for 2 tickets from NY to FLL (or MIA) and they're not to be found. So it's great my wife and I both got 50,000 with the new cards but it doesn't help much if you can't get flights (Purim time).

I got approved 2 months ago for the BA card with 50k/2k offer. Any chances for getting upgraded to this offer?

Chase Avios Card
« Reply #693 on: January 06, 2014, 04:12:06 PM »
Hi,

I need 50,000 avios to use next month and it seems I can sign up for the Chase British Airways card. I can meet the minimum spend, do you think if i apply and get approved now, I can get the signup bonus immedtialy so I can use the avios? Does chase lend avios the same way Amex does?

Any help would be appreciated as certain fares during pesach look crazy expensive and avios makes it much cheaper

No, it will post after your statement closes.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

What has been the success rate with getting The AF waived?
Better to SM or call?

Anybody with experience on applying for expired Chase offers?

The wiki has a working 100k 0ffer (after $20k spend) but which states "Apply for the offer by December 31, 2013"
Do I risk getting no bonus?
