No one had a 99% rate for vaccination + exemptions. The most liberal states have nothing approaching that.
The major airlines all have high vaccination rates. Are they all liberal?
Likely not, but in their case it’s simply a business decision. If employers want to enforce their own vaccination policies, I’m fine with that.
Maybe I should point out because I was a bit confused earlier - for me - mandate means it’s a govt policy and potentially infringing constitutional rights. And while infringing these rights may increase the vaccination rate and overall health, our country has fought many wars and sacrificed millions of citizens to uphold these rights. An airline employee vaccination policy would not held to the same standards.
