yes, our whole region gets them Mondays so my ritual for over a year has been the Tuesday pre-work shopping.
It's a big-time life shift if the change happens. (Bought 2 bags of pistachios and more iced tea in case I'm not back there for a while...)

Your receipt shows a number of cards and you have one less card? My receipt includes the last 4 Digits of each VR card. Hopefully they can find your's!

If a lady took my pre-paid VR card one day, and then I came back to buy more VRs the next day, I think that I'd request another cashier.... JMHO...

Police didn't see anything in the video that shows her pocketing the cards. That took a report and said that I need to be in contact with CVS Loss Prevention who will review the tapes in more detail to make a determination.

Sergent came down but they said without seeing the criminal act they cant do anything. They wouldn't allow me to see the video saying that only Loss Prevention can decide to share the video with me.

If it wasn't the same cashier I never would have realized what happened. My fault that I didn't open the bag to count but I had no reason to suspect until now.

I called OV to get them to cancel the card but they cant do anything without the full number even though I have the receipt with the last 4. Pretty dumb that they can't look it up.

Will follow up with CVS tomorrow to see where to go from here...

I will try going through CVS first. Manager said they will thoroughly review the tapes since they don't wont an employee who steals working there.

If that doesn't work we will see what I need to do next.

If their LP is any good they should take care of it for him. If they can't see a cashier swiping a card at the registers (where cameras are the best to prevent employees pocketing cash/gcs) then they have serious issues.

I'd be surprised if the employee shows up to work anymore if she is aware of the allegations and they are true.

Ok. There are ways to get the tapes if you get an attorney involved. Not sure how quick it will be, but you will get it, even before a lawsuit is formally started.

Hopefully he doesn't have to sue. From my experience this should be fairly straightforward based on the info we have.
