So for those not too great at this (like me) here's the basic steps to make it easiest:
1- sign up for Avis wizard #/ prefered (if older then 25)
2- in "travel pref" put in the flying blue awd for ivory f982700 (now its always in your profile)
3- when making reservation (through u.s. rate!! ) give them a)your Avis wizard number,
  B) your flying blue card number - but they can only register it as a air France ff# (so just tell them it's that)

If i check rates on www.avis-flyingblue.com, and convert the EUR to USD, it seems to be much cheaper.

Any harm in doing that?
If i used the AWD (f982700) on the US avis site it says "There are no cars available with the AWD Number entered for the location/dates selected. For your convenience, we have selected the lowest rates available below. Note: Corporate benefits may not apply."
On the www.avis-flyingblue.com site it doesnt give me any issues except that it prices in EUR

 In fact, instead of paying ~$5 per day (after mileage) like last time, this will be even better: it'll be like buying Flying Blue at less than 1 cpm, and getting a FREE car to boot.

Moish- Im doing the math and I dont see how +/- 3000 bonus miles per day = a free rent a car can you help me out with how you get a rate that ends up totally free, I would have to pay around $30 a day including tax and insurance to get the car tp pay for itself.

In its absolute simplest form (no zikuy Shabbat or anything):

Ask NoachCar for the HC rate code. A class A or B using that code is ~$25 per day with no VAT and a World MC. 6 rentals of 3 days each is 18 days; times $25 is $450; divide that by 51,500 miles, and it comes out to 0.87 cpm. Sell the miles at 1 cpm or more, and you've made profit from having a car. Simple enough?

I guess u don't pay tax but I have a visa so I will be paying 18% tax soon - but it still might be kiday. How do u get away with no tax?
