the way it set up now the USA has veto power. If they take it down, at some point a new one will come along and who knows how that will work out.

The western nations/allies dropped the ball when they founded the UN.

Membership rights and priviledges NEED to be dependant on adhearance to western norms - democracy, human rights...
If you are dictatorship  - you don't get to have a vote on whether another nation has done wrong, or decide how to chanel the flow of money...
Votes are weighted by regional/world importance so you cant have the western worldout voted by a bunch of tiny nations...

You mean to say that China and Russia, who have killed 100's of millions of their OWN people, and a host of terrorist nations and African tribes who butcher the other side, shouldn't decide if Israel is committing genocide for striking back at terrorists who hide behind women and children?

It also makes no sense that each sovereign government gets the same vote when some entire countries are smaller than many US cities in both population and size.

But then you start getting into fights over how much voting power each country should get. They’ll each prefer a metric that favors them.
