It used to bother me, but for $27 I got two extra battery's and a external battery charger and now I splurge on the battery full brightness and location always on and don't worry at all about battery life, only plugged my phone in twice since I got the battery's. It's not the must convenient thing but better then a battery case or portable battery.
My HTC One m8 had the
longest battery by far of any device I've ever owned. Lasted me through the day no problem.
Silly someone decided to be nice and upgrade my device to Lollipop and I'm down to mediocre battery. I happen to have an upgrade but at this point there is nothing to upgrade to.
I'm not a fan off rooting but maybe I'll do that.
That's one thing about Android. Upgrading is rarely a smooth transition.
And if I weren't "stuck" with Sprint I could at least buy ANY device out there... but alas... stuck stuck stuck.
