I bought two pairs of Ugg Slippers from Nordstrom.com
While only one came, I called to see what happened. They told me that one was cancelled as they didn't have it in stock even though you were able to place the order originally.
So being that I was only able to get one size I had nothing to compare it to, I originally ordered a size 8 and a size 9. (Being as detailed as I can explain the scenario.)
As that was my original intention to decide which to keep, and which one to return to the store on via mail.
Now I called and asked to have a shipping label processed for free to return my pair of slippers as I was only sent one and .... Basically to avoid the $5.95 return shipping fee as they made an error on their end by shipping only one item.
So instead of the representative waiving the 595 fee he went and charged me 5.95 for the return fee, and refunded me the total for the slippers and never sent me the label, which he said he did.
Now they never refund you until they get the item back, but for some odd reason they refunded me now before receiving the item.
He did the exact opposite I asked for.
so my question now is, do I have to still be busy making myself crazy to return it? or being that I got a refund I don't have to bother returning it as it's a tauss akum?
Now for the few bucks that it's worth, I'm not willing to steal and have it on my head that I did something I shouldn't have.
What's your guy's opinion?
