I tried once the UK office and they didn't want to work on my Record locator, saying that only US office could take care of it

2 times recently I've called the Hong Kong office. Same horrible hold music. Short wait times. English phone tree, English cs rep. Had no problem with my American reservation.

Anyone had any luck reaching the BA call center recently?
I'm trying to book a flight that's not showing up on ba.com, but is showing up as economy saver on aa.com, and just keep getting a busy signal when calling the call center (after going through the phone tree)
Any other way of booking it? Call centers in asia aren't open yet..

To find the # of a foreign BA office.

Sign into your BA account. Hover on 'executive club' on the top bar. click 'contact us' in the first column.
toggle to find the location of the office you want to reach, and click.
You'll see their number and hours of operation. (To dial a foreign #: add 011 before what they have written.)

Just called the Singapore call center - no wait, very helpful agent. Used google voice - only 2c per minute.
