Pretty much (though you are making your own programs out of 'lego blocks', not coding it yourself). I think you need the paid account to share your 'applets' (which is what they call the programs). Maybe if we get a good one working someone can get a paid account so that all DDMS readers can just 'install' the applet instead of having to recreate it.

Looks like about a 5 minute delay compared to when the tweets were tweeted. Can you try with RSS as the trigger and see if it's any better?

Do you have a specific program in mind? I found a chrome extension, but it updates every 2 hours

Not an RSS reader, but create a new applet, and the trigger should be RSS Feed

That will cause the zap to run every time there is a new post from the website.
