The govt is targeting Yidishkeit. Why are public pools ok but not Shuls? This is a Sha'as Hashmad and mechuyav to mosser nefesh al kiddush  H'

On a different note, I cannot fathom how we are now 6-7 months into this pandemic, and Israeli hospitals are now as stressed from a similar amount of serious cases as they were in March???
We flattened the curve, what did the health system do with the time we gave them???

Ok, I'l answer it myself; It's because the Israeli health system (like some other western health systems) is regularly operating close to capacity, and has great difficulty dealing with winter illnesses in the best of times, in addition to the Israeli planning mentality which can not plan further than next week! After pesach the numbers went down, so they closed many of the Covid wards and command centers! like theier was no chance it would come back!

Why is there no disscution over the Govt failure???

Because it unfortunately becomes political, but I'm pretty sure many Bibi supporters are not happy with him handling this. He refuses to give it over to the army, and they definitely not prepared for the winter.

Waiting at a bus stop on Yirmiyahu last week, overhear a couple of US bachurim talking to each other, from their conversation it was obvious that they were supposed to be in quarantine in Givat Shaul.
The UK bachur Today in the Mir, told by one of the rammim that he needs to wear a mask in the bais medrash "No I dont, and I wont"
The raid going round that only R' Tzvi's yeshiva (and the Mir, who rented a campus outside JLM) are makpid that those who need to be in quarantine keep the rules.
The fact that the Mir currently has absolutely no realistic plan how it will run its capsules, keep them separate.... (well sourced info)

R Sholom Shachter, R Tzvi, The Mir are all being makpid and I believe Brisk is doing their best as well (they rented Diaspora Yeshiva) 

All the 1st yr places + seminaries are on legit lockdown even past the first 2 weeks.

You have to wear a mask in public.
In stores, on public transportation, in shuls and batei medrash etc..
Has nothing to with inside or outside.
