Lowest fares shown don't match what is shown on top calendar/ribbon. Any way there's actually something available for the lowest price shown on calendar? If yes, how does one get it?

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I usually have the opposite experience, usually when it is a partner direct flight that is priced cheaper than AF/KLM options.

That too. But in this case were talking promo awards which are only AF/KL. And the differences are significant in all classes.

Flying Blue now has a form of Family pooling 2 adults and up to 4 children. The head of household can pull miles from the other person's account.

I transferred 70K points to Flying Blue today and tried making a points booking with AF. I got all the way to checkout when it threw an error and said I needed to call to complete the booking. An agent was able to confirm availability and put my booking on hold but he said he could not complete it because my account is in a "suspected fraud hold" state. He gave me an email address to contact the fraud department to have them release the fraud hold but he said it could take 7 days for them to reply. Meanwhile, my booking hold is only good for 4 days. He said there is no phone number to reach the fraud department, only this email address. Has anyone had success getting a response from the fraud department and can share how long it took? Any other ways around this?

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from Flying Blue regarding the fraud hold on my account. Customer Service and WhatsApp support insist I cannot escalate in any way and I cannot speak to anyone in the fraud department. I see tons of comments on FT of people with the same situation. Many never hear from FB at all and their points just get lost. Unlike those cases on FT, my FB account has been open for several years and I flew AF back in August 2022 (though I did not credit the flights to FB). Plus I'm trying to book myself as a traveler - it's not a case of reselling a points booking for someone else.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? Capital One says they can't help me since points transfers can't be undone. Can I file a DOT claim against FB to get my 70K points back? Truth is, I would rather they complete the booking instead of refund my points because the flights are $1,500+ cash on Delta vs. 36K +tax with FB miles.

If you believe that they are holding your points illegally file for deceptive business practices
Preferably formal

With who?
Dot
Cfpb
The European equivalents
Remember if they do decide to reply to you it will probably be in Indian-gbt from a generalized email address
As a side note have you tried emailing the CEO office etc?
