there are tens of land border crossings. they went from crossing to crossing looking for someone willing to take a bribe. in regular days it wouldnt take more than 1 or 2, but because of the high profile situation, the govt put "watchdogs" at many crossings to make sure the regular guards dont take bribes. u either have to find a weak spot, or bribe the watchdog

The International Red Cross has arrived at the border of Belarus and Ukraine, where there are hundreds of Breslover Chassisim camping out as they try to go to Uman for Rosh Hashanah. The Red Cross has brought the hundreds of people food as they have nothing to eat. There are little children as young as young as 4 years old in the group. @Dan
