If I'm unsure if I'm eligible for the bonus and have no patience to look through old statements, is there any reason not to apply? According to DDMS post if you're not eligible for bonus no pull etc... seems like no reason not to apply on the chance I'm eligible. Is this correct?

sm was not accurate IME as I think they look at only specific account and not your global history with chase

Is this card shipped in an expedited fashion upon approval? I have a significant spending opportunity on April 1 but would need the card in hand by March 31st. When I got the Delta Platinum card last month they shipped it very quickly and I had it within 2-3 days.

Otherwise, I'd wait a few weeks as I have some spending to do on a few retention offers plus there's the supermarket spending on my year one of the Freedom Unlimited.

Depends how you value your time I guess. Need to go into the branch and spend X amount of time doing that, all to save $45.
Deprives a blogger of your choice from a lot more income than that, though I get that's not a primary factor. Clearly I'm biased here, but JJ and I and our families certainly appreciate those who use our links

but for me chase branch is near me and it could be grocery credit was included as well just not sure
