In a sense all bleachers used at these sort of events are temporary, and they've been used for decades safely. It's the construction and setup that matters (not to go off on yet another tangent here....).

they (the bleacher rental company) added a lot of modifications (after the collapse in EY) to the bleachers it should be even safer,

The tent is nowhere near big enough. Security isn’t letting anyone in as it’s too crowded. They’re setting up a screen outside.
