Comfortable, Machine-washable Pants

Looking for comfortable, machine washable pants for every day wear. I currently wear chinos from BR and Gap etc but I find that they fade pretty quickly which doesn't look very professional. Any leads? thanks

get chino from buttoned down on amazon. they have a satisfaction guarantee for at least 10 years. u can return them if they fade...

I find these last around a year and have pretty decent fit - I find that they shrink a bit with time, so I always start with them a drop longer then other pairs.
(tips from the yeshiva days, you cut off the dickies logo on the side pocket from the inside  )

Dockers have a few lines of pants that look more dressy then chinos or jeans:

If Gap and BR fade quickly, no chance Old Navy is better in this regard. All three are owned by Gap Inc. Old Navy is the cheapest brand (and likely lowest quality) of the three

I tried some Primark poly cotton slim fit and have been very happy.
Downside is you have to go to a store to purchase

I’ve heard Uniqlo makes pants similar to lululemon for a fraction of the price. Haven’t tried them out yet.
