Won't know for a week. Lots of outstanding mail ballots in NV that may swing it D.
But GA runoff still won't be moot even if Ds hold onto AZ and NV, as it will be the difference between Manchin having veto power or not.

Depends. does he mean Democratic as in from the Democratic party, or does he mean Democratic as in democratically elected in a legitimate election, unlike 2016, 2000, etc.
