Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
    An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

Steve2, there's an Indians game tonight in downtown.
You can get a $5 ticket and get some $5 grilled A&H glatt kosher hot dogs at the game if you're interested.

 the only decent dog mass sold is Meal Marts 6 to the pkg. But Nothin beats Rumanian from Chicago!

 A&H used to be decnt but is garabge today. theres a brand called Lower East Side that are very good just impossible to find them they were made by 999 which now goes by a different name and is garbage

 no good deli any more :-(((

 maybe when I drive back next Mon or tues I will get into town early enough to grab a bite but rates are up there next week so Id probably either drive thru or stay in Avon which means no fod stop off

I have done PL when the Rates are so high it doesnt pay to do anything else

 but with some usable codes I can get a few Marriott props for apx $70+. MR has stay 3 get 1 free up to a cat4 so if I end up in St pete theres 2 over there no SPG or HH a Ren for 30k in pts

 Hilton and *W are too high, now if I would do a PL it wouldnt be for CLE but more for Youngstown or if possible somewhere in PA on the 80

 I dont go somewhere in order to stay at a particular Hotel. I will fly somewhere either cause I want to see that city or Country or due to the EQMs being very cheap

Now if a Hotel is a resort and I will be staying on property then I could see going to a Hotel for the Hotel itself. So even with the Hyatts on Maui & Kauai if all I'll end up doing is sleeping there then I dont need to stay there, if I plan on hanging at the Hotel and take in what it has to offer then i would want a place like the top Hyatts.

 This is why The park a 3* works for Me in Yeru, I need a place to shower,sleep and leave my stuff. Bingo Yet people dont understand why Im not staying at The DC or Mamilla or KD or Plaza I tell them why should I pay $500 when I can pay $90 , now if they were say $125 that would be something else

Yes, the Bagels are excellent.  Jalapeno and Garlic are not to be missed!
Unfortunately there is little else on the menu and the store isn't particularly attractive.

This is Cleveland, nothing's open late.
City guide:

SE=South Euclid
CH=Cleveland Heights
CL=Cleveland

For weekdays:
-The Bagel Shoppe (UH, 3.5/5 DD stars) closes at 2pm

-Issi's Pizza (SE, 1.5/5 DD stars) closes at 8pm
-Contempo Cuisine Steakhouse (UH, 4/5 DD stars) has last seating at 8pm
-Jerusalem Grill (SE, Chinese Menu 4/5 DD stars, Regular Menu 2/5 DD stars), Sababa (SE, 1.5/5 DD stars), and Subway (BE, 2.5/5 DD stars) close at 9pm
-The glatt kosher hot dog stand at Progressive Field is open during Indians games (CL, 7pm-10pm weeknights).

-Lax & Mandel Bakery (SE, 0 Stars) closes at 7pm.
-Ungers Bakery & Kosher Market (CH, Donuts: 4.5/5 DD stars, other bakery goods: 2/5 DD stars) closes at 8pm, but often may let you in later as they have bakers there all night long.
-Tibor's (BE) has a deli with lots of prepared food and good spicy homemade salami.  They also carry bakery goods from Ungers and from Word of Mouth which are excellent. They close at 7pm.
-Shimon's Deli (CH) also carries some prepared foods and closes at 6pm.

Later than that, there's also Chocolate Emporium & Ice Cream Parlor (BE, Cholov Yisroel and Cholov Stam available), Amy Joy Donuts (SE, Cholov Stam), Coldstone Creamery (UH, Cholov Stam), and Mitchell's Ice Cream (BE, Cholov Stam)

A pity, those donuts are quite good.
I'm not particularly fond of too many other things that they make.
What other cinnamon baked good did you find?
