If we really believe that Tefilla is the Ikar then davening will be slow and full of Kavana and then we can pack off to do our Hishtadlus.

If we don't believe so much... then we'll rush through so we won't be late to the rally.

To clarify, many buses are leaving early with either no time or very little time to daven beforehand
