Question: I'm booking a 5 day car rental in Israel and was quoted a similar price from Noach Car rental (+the airport fee wtvr that is) and Hertz. Which would you go with?
agent quote usually includes mandatory insurance that hertz doesn't include. Try b.d.de'ehu on these forums. He always gets me the best all inclusive rate.
My brother picked up a car from Sixt in Israel, they told him they do not accept credit card coverage at all since a month ago. They say the reason is because they have too many open claims with chase that they just stopped taking that..Anyone hear of similar cases?Does a legit rental company even have the right to deny rental insurance from the credit card even with a letter from them stating that they cover in that country?
If I see a quote on Kayak, how much more should I expect them to tack on for "mandatory undisclosed insurance" nonsense?
do yourself a favor and go with an agent. There a few here on the forum that I've dealt with and can vouch for! Quick response and always very easy to deal with. It's cheaper, and there are no hidden fees
Need your LG Exalt fixed? Cracked in half? Water damage? Or parts to repair yourself. 347.201.2501
can you point them out meaning those on the forum?
Edited my post.I don't feel it's right to only name a few as it might give the impression that the others weren't good.I was referring in general to the DDF members who pm you with offer after a post in the rental masterthread.I've yet to have a bad experience.

Does Enterprise give Plus points when renting in Israel?
I need a car for 2 days. Where is a reliable place to rent a car in yerusholayim?
Really depends on your agent.Avis, Europecar, and Hertz are all good.
Thanks, how do I find an agent?
