What he was saying is that if submitted online then in the email received it will say what the argument was. He missed the point the OP wanted, that is to find out what was the argument submitted by the counsel he hired to fight his someone's. I also see that when I get a co to fight my ticket 10 min after calling it has "hearing request" and it takes very long to be settled as opposed to when i try on my own.
Correct, not sure what I missed though. Said there's no way of seeing excuse online. If you submit yourself you get an email. If not, you can try to email the DOF but if you hired a company to fight it, they usually don't submit a hearing - most have a back door with a judge or something.
