I'd rather not to get shut down by any and they all have value.
Unless you already have a bank account with all banks that you're eligible to have accounts with, I would guess that there are definitely banks that will probably never bring you worthwhile value. My advice to you is simply that since no one can put a number on it, MS with a bank account that you don't care to get shutdown by (open a new one if you have to).
Before I realized that it was dangerous, I ms'd with a Wells Fargo checking account and credit card, and got blacklisted by them for life after only a couple of weeks. I'm lucky it was only Wells Fargo. Now for ms I only use random local banks or banks without any compelling credit cards. I would never MS through a Chase or Citi account etc., more than a trivial amount.
