Again, I'm not convinced that this is so. Regardless, the ספר you quoted should not have said it as a הנחה פשוטה  if there is a מפורש ט"ז that is מתיר.

This is one of the צדדים I heard from a choshuver ת"ח in Lakewood to be מתיר blending frozen strawberries/blueberries (that are only מצוי not מוחזק) in smoothies, even after YF found whole בריה after blending.

If you have a good blender (Vitamix for example) there's no Safek that if there was a Miut Hamatzui of bugs that they're blended and Batul.  So as long as אין כוונתו לבטל you're good.

First you’d need to get to the bottom of it.

See the Pri migadim that the Taz is very shver, as pashtus you don’t need ס״ס there at all. The חידושי הרי״ם is מתמה on the Taz similar to ברכ״י.

Fwiu  בית שלמה suggests the Taz is only saying it when it’s anyways mutar מעיקר הדין, כקושית הפרי מגדים.

Main point I’m making is the heter is very questionable. Not saying it’s pashut its assur.

Many achronim hold that a safek issur is mutar to be mevatal לכתחילה, even if it’s כוונתו לבטל. According to them any safek can be made into a ס״ס? This cannot be, that would render אין עושין בידים virtually obsolete.

Just because it can't be found in the blended mixture doesn't mean it is not visible

I don't believe there's any research to suggest that a high powered blender does not blend bugs, it even blends the tiny seeds of the strawberry (unlike regular blenders). Again, anyone that uses knows there's absolutely no pieces visible or even "feelable" to the tounge.
If you have research to suggest otherwise I'd love to see it.

I also found it hard to believe, but there is a whole group of מומחים (who are trustworthy ehrliche yungeleit) who have been researching this for years, and concluded otherwise. You need to be מברר by these mumchim before taking a stand.

I spoke to 2 Mumchim that do this for a living. They never found anything that went through a high powered blender. (Although one of them did find full visible bugs that went through a "regular" blender.

The research you're referring to was specifically about high powered blenders like a Vitamix?

If I recall correctly, the blending with a Vitamix discussion was discussed not too long ago.
