I just got the Business card a week ago (For the second time).
Saw this offer here, jumped on chat, was a total no go.
Called the number on the back of the card, asked for a supervisor.
He was a real Mentch, offered 10,000 points right away, obviously couldn't change the spend from 5k to 3k.
I decided to push a bit, asked about my old personal SPG, (after confirming that i will fill the survey i will get by email about his service), said he will apply 20,000 total.
Boom!
