Homemade Mozzarella Sticks!Really easy recipe.String cheese (sliced in half so easier to work with). Rolled in flour, dipped in egg, rolled in flour again. A final dunk in the egg and then covered in panko. I prepped all the cheese and then fried in about 1/4 inch oil in a deep pan. About 3 min total and then drained on paper towels.Maybe 15 minuets total prep and cooking. Yield 20 delicious oozey gooey crunchy Mozerella Sticks. Next time I would possibly add some spices to the flour to add some zing! Perhaps some crushed red pepper, oregano and/or garlic powder.
