Anyways, nice top salary, but you get more in NYC (not double but more...) dunno wat pension and benefits are like.

Overall nice, but still like Brooklyn. When it clicks and doesn't go wrong, its nice to be w so many other yidden. Feels good.

Not a schlep generally, when i do need to get alot of things not difficult to park there. (Groceries have parking lots as well.) More difficult to get there bec of traffic, (that makes the summers so nice) but i've noticed that OOT as well. (Atl)
And the point was I could walk if i want to. All spring and fall its a mechayeh to walk to yeshiva. (And those cooler summer and nice winter days are awesome)

A lot (in comparison to buying) since Beachwood has a great public school system, so parents will pay extra to rent there... The advantage of Beachwood is when you own the taxes are relatively low. Renting in UH (same shuls as Beachwood, just across Green Rd.) is more reasonable AFAIK $1200/month for a house...

Can always get mlbtv and go to games when NY teams come to Cleveland. Most NYers (or anyone else) don't change their teams when they move, so you can always root against/neutral to the Cleveland teams...

With the shuls in Bklyn, most ppl AFAIK pass 3-5 shuls on the way to shul too...

Ya, i went there. Happen to like the place.
Used to live around the corner from my shul. Got married and live ten min away (walking  ) still go there bec i am very close w my rav. But if I don't wanna walk then i go down the block.

Can confirm this to be true... Now, usually houses directly in the frum community are more expensive. There are still many houses that go for under 100k...
