Not sure why you quoted what I wrote. In any case, I take that as a deny to match? What did you write to them? Did you send them a screenshot of your Accor account?
The quote was a mistake.
First I asked to be matched without anything. They responded:
We are pleased you have chosen Priority Club Rewards and would like to match the status of your Platinum Status to account. In order for us to make this change, however, we need you to send us the most recent statement from other hotel’s reflecting the current status of your account.
You may reply to this email with a scanned image of your statement or fax it to our service center using the appropriate number for your region found here. You may also mail this information to:

I sent them a screenshot of the Club Accor Platinum and got that denial.
Maybe I will send again to the original request.
