Average game. Hopefully Vegas wins next the next game and ties the series up.

wasnt able to watch this one live and only watched pieces of it but it seemed like a huge dropoff from the tension of the first 2 games.

If they lose this series, these guys won't sleep for weeks. This time, he actually had it stopped on his stick. No excuses  >:( :( :-[

Can I change my vote on the poll?
Think Fleury was still depressed from the last one.

Despite the result, great game.
Metro still the best division 3 years in a row.

They’re better equipped for the future than anyone other team.
Lots of cap space, draft picks, and a good team. Why the pessimism?

They had a great run. I don't see it happening again. They going to open the wallet?

Why wouldn't they? They spent $500m just to have a team, and they were successful way beyond anyone's imagination.
Even if they start spending they won't hit the cap this year or probably the next.
No reason they can't continue course or get better for the next 5 years.

Many good games in the series. Fun to watch. Disappointed with the result, of course, but not surprised. Ever since Game 2, they just seemed to overpowering to be stopped for a significant amount of time. For all we know, even if he would've lifted the puck, the would've lost in OT. Let's just hope this doesn't have the Philly Effect and help the Nats too.

Many of the players had outstanding years. I don't see that happening again next year but I could be wrong. Many teams get their shot then don't see another one for many years.
