She doesn't have a right to a get but if there is no halachicly valid reason for him to hold it back and he is holding it back to get something he is not entitled to or to spite her then with a kosher bais din that he agreed to he can be forced to give it

100% incorrect . you are making mamzairim . you are probably a 18 yo child thats making assumptions based on tidbits you heard about dinai torah. they cannot force a get evan if he chose them evan if the are the three gedolai hador (although they can give money to kupat hair and it will cause him to give a get indirectly)

it may not be allowed (something thats up for great debate) however if there is anytime that it would possibly be allowed it needs that otherwise usually makes mamzerim and even if not it doesn't give anyone a right to beat up an innocent man

i didnt call him out on his age. his age makes no diff for all i know he can be a stupid 90 yo. all i said is that what he is doing making false statments as if they are factual mixing up different halochos and misapplying it and .... is common for a 18 yo who thinks that the few bits and peices of info they hear is all there is to know. there are intel 18 yo and stupid 50 yo but the mistakes and misunderstandings and arrguments he was making are more common by a teenager or early twentys than it is by a 50 yo, so i guessed his age. i called him out on the way he was acting not on his age
