You need to have a premier paypal account.

I don't have a premier paypal account and I have that option.

It's been a frustrating week on Ebay. Sold the same phone 3 times to buyers who didn't pay.

Anyone want a Sprint Note 3?

If you have that option,  why don't you use it?!

It was an accident. The first time the guy paid and then changed his mind. The 2nd time the guy paid but then wanted it shipped out of the US to a PO box.  The third time I reposted and just forgot to click it. At that point I was wanting to get rid of it already so just did a buy it now.

You don't have that option with BIN?

You do. I just didn't click it. My fault. And it sold. And now I'm waiting again.

You only could block buyers that have strikes of no payment, you cant block a 0 feedback or low feedback buyer

You sure can.

This from comunity.ebay.com
Quote
There are no automatic blocks for bidders with 0 or more feedback.

However, there are four blocks that are very effective in preventing nonpayers or sport bidders from bidding:

1.  Block bidders with two  or more unpaid item strikes.
2.  Block bidders who do not have a PayPal account.
3. Have a primary shipping address in countries to which you do not ship.
4. Have reportedly violated eBay policies

To learn how to do this, see
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html
Set those, and any other blocks you wish.

IIRC I once read somewhere that it is against eBay policy to have duplicate listings up at the same time.

Is it true?

If yes,  Is there a way around it?

They actively stop you from double posting items.
It really matters most when putting things up for auction.

See email I sent you.

You are able to block any buyer with a feedback score = or lower then
-3,-2,-1 ect.
0 you can't block. I stand corrected.

It is not against their policy.
Additionally, once one item has a bid, the second comes visiable.
A simple way around it is by changing the keywords

ex:
new in box iphone 5s mint verizon unlocked
new in box iphone 5s sealed verizon unlocked

I thought about changing keywords.  That would help bypass ebay radar,  but is that still technically violating the policy?
I don't wanna do anything against policy.

Not many people are able to achieve TR in such a short amount of time.

Maybe its from the contribution of people in this thread, that showed the way ;)

I doubt it, I probably violated more :)

I've been suspended twice in the past for violating policy. (Then I did not have too much to loose)
